Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before the product ships or enters production. If cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation is not possible once the product has been dispatched.

Returns (if applicable)
You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in the original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required. Please do not return items to the manufacturer. Shipping charges apply once, including returns, and no restocking fee will be charged.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund request has been approved or denied. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within several days.
